Kicking off with a keynote speech from the architect of BMG’s new-style contract, the structure of the evening will encourage thorough debate with a panel comprising those with differing and wide-ranging opinions. There will also be an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary drink and continue with discussions at the bar.

Topics covered:

  • BMG’s new standard recording contract – simplifying and streamlining the agreement
  • The implications for artist & label
  • Comparisons with other major deals versus the indie 50:50 net profit model
