This is an opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator role within a rapidly growing business, steeped in various aspects within the broader music industry. You will be part of a dynamic team, delivering against the strategic marketing and communications plans. You will be a well-rounded marketer contributing to all elements of the marketing mix, and be responsible for developing regular reports that track marketing performance. This will include many aspects of the marketing function, including planning and managing marketing events, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting our social channels, managing the customer reference program, public relations (PR), supporting our channel partners, assisting the sales team, and other marketing administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate will be required to grow and expand our existing marketing activities, while being given the opportunity to introduce new ideas, campaigns and events.

  • Take operational responsibility for the delivery of key elements of a relationship led Marketing Strategy
  • Provides support to the Leadership Team to help drive brand consistency and maintain the brand’s position
  • Manage global brand consistency across all marketing channels, including web, social, print and merchandise
  • Delivery of the communications plan – email campaigns, digital advertising etc.
  • Working with internal and external resources to create marketing collateral to include but not limited to: brochures, case studies, client testimonials etc.
  • Identify, plan, and execute events that create and accelerate sales opportunities
  • Assist in managing the customer contact program; helping to draft customer case studies
  • Manage social media and blog posting
  • Keep up to date with new marketing & digital trends

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar B2B Marketing role
  • A proven track record at Marketing Co-ordinator level, looking for a bigger challenge
  • Educated to degree level standard with marketing related qualifications
  • Experience of marketing B2B in a service based industry
  • Must be conversant in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media channels as part of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO / Analytics / Google Adwords
  • Knowledge of WordPress, InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
  • Experience of writing creative and media briefs and working with creative teams
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and interpret campaign results
  • Ability to manage set budgets
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems
  • Ability to travel internationally, and attend events as appropriate
  • Desire for working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, comfortable with change, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes.
