Dale Collins - Solicitor-Advocate, Osborne Clarke

Dale joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate in July 2001, having previously been employed by Bristol City Council advising on environmental and licensing matters.

He is recognised in the Legal 500 for his experience and expertise in the field of health and safety law, in addition to which he advises on the law relating to pollution control, trading standards, licensing and food safety issues.

He has been a criminal advocate for over 16 years and is one of the few solicitors in the health and safety field holding the Higher Rights Qualification for Criminal Proceedings.

Dale also has an MA in Environmental Law and is an experienced lecturer.
