Frances Lowe - Independent Director, Pamra

Frances Lowe has worked as lobbyist and lawyer in the field of music rights for over 10 years.  Her most recent role was director general of British Music Rights for 4 years until 2003; prior to that she was a lawyer for the MCPS PRS Alliance.

Now Frances is studying for a 1 year MA in Contemporary Art at the Courtauld Institute, but still taking an interest in and involved with the music industry.

Since 2003 Frances has chaired the British Academy of Composers and Songwriters Trust, the BACS charity involved in music education projects.
