Gareth Dobson - Senior Staff Writer, Drowned in Sound
Gareth Dobson has been part of Drowned in Sound since shortly after its inception over seven years ago. Starting as a contributor, he took the reigns as the site's first full time Editor in 2005.
Leaving later to found the Fear and Records management company (I Was A Cub Scout, Forward Russia, Sky Larkin, Rolo Tomassi, GoodBooks), he retains a position as Senior Staff Writer for the site, working from the offices weekly and helping drive the site forwards alongside founder Sean Adams and current Editor, Mike Diver.
Gareth has also worked as A&R for legendary indie label, Fierce Panda as well as DJing round the more insalubrious venues across the capital.
