Laura Seach - Head of Digital, Ninja Tune
One of the UK’s longest established independent record labels, Ninja Tune comprises several labels including Big Dada, Counter Records and Ntone, with artists including Coldcut, Roots Manuva, Mr Scruff, Cinematic Orchestra and Amon Tobin.
Prior to Ninja Tune, Laura was working at online marketing solutions company netbod.com developing campaigns for Wall Of Sound, Ninja Tune, Big Dada and Whoa!
Joining Ninja Tune in 2003 Laura now heads the department running all aspects of Ninja’s online and mobile campaigns and develops the companies long-term digital strategies. She manages the sales and marketing for digital distribution having direct relationships with digital retailers and aggregators.
DMA nominated in 2005 for Best Online Promotion for the Roots Manuva viral campaign and again in 2006 for Best Community for the Ninja Tune forum and Best Electronic Artist/DJ for Coldcut, she is currently overseeing the development of a community based download service for Ninja Tune.
She is a member of the AIM New Media Committee and has previously talked at Music Tank events on online marketing. Laura is a graduate of Gateway School of Recording.
