Paul Brown- Chief Executive, Commercial Radio Companies Association

CRCA is the, UK commercial radio’s trade body. All but a handful of Britain’s national and local commercial stations are members. Paul is responsible for providing CRCA members with trade information, advice and conference services and representing their interests to Government, the European Commission and Parliament, the Radio Authority, and complaint, regulatory, copyright, research and trade bodies.

He is a past president of the Association of European Radios (the trade body for European commercial radio companies), a past chairman of the UK Digital Radio Forum Steering Board, a board member of Skillset, a Director of UK Radio’s research and electronic trading companies and Fellow and past Chairman of the UK Radio Academy.

He was made CBE for services to radio broadcasting in 2003.
