Ritch Ames - Director, Tomorrow Never Knows Ltd
Ritch started his music industry career as an Entertainments Manager, doing a good four years at Kingston University, before joining as a Marketing Assistant at the new label Independiente in 1996.
During his 9 years at the label, he made his way up through the marketing ranks, working the whole roster in marketing and digital marketing, including Travis’s The Man Who, Paul Weller’s Days Of Speed, So Solid Crew’s debut and Embrace’s come back album “Out Of Nothing” to name a few.
Leaving in 2005, he used his experience to set up his own company, Tomorrow Never Knows, in 2005 – a company that prides itself not only top rate online pr, but also a depth of digital marketing & marketing experience to enhance a clients campaign.
Clients include Ministry Of Sound, EMI, Mercury, PIAS, Warchild, 10th St Entertainment, Just Music. Artists include Travis, Basshunter, Sonny J, James, Eric Prydz, and unsigned artists such as Archangel, Red Blooded Women & The Pangs.
Ritch has also kept a hand in the live scene where he started back in the Kingston days, and still spends weekends as a festival stage & production manager. Work includes Reading, Leeds, Glastonbury, Homelands, Fleadh and many more.
